Having in mind the criteria of funding agencies, we format projects so that they meet all the required items. We make specific text reviews, and also indicate precise changes to improve the general understanding of the work.

We design strategic plans directly aimed at the client; establishing execution goals for projects in different stages of the production, from developing the project to financing its execution.
FUNDING GUIDELINES
Together with the legal team, we assist the designing process of funding guidelines and regional awards taking into account the local production scenario and its specificities regarding the construction of public policies.
PRODUCTION
EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION
We develop audiovisual projects from their concept to their submission to private and public funds and to their participation in markets and labs. All that while coordinating the team responsible for the project’s development and delineating a financing and marketing plan.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
We perform team management, service hiring, permit management and production plan designing, as well as shooting schedules and planning based on a script breakdown.
LOCATION SCOUTING and FIELD PRODUCTION
We analyze the script and search locations based on the photography, sound, art and the director’s requirements. Then we coordinate the management of the necessary permits for filming, the parking logistics and the notifications to the surrounding areas and neighbors of the locations.
IMPACT PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTARIES
We design strategies of social impact for documentaries with the potential to promote social, political and environmental changes. We design plans for promoting films, ranging from their development to their exhibition, aiming at generating new audiences and ways of exhibiting them. The impact production can be designed along with the project team in its various stages of production.

We organize and control the financial accountability of the projects, from their development to their post-production.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION
We aim to understand the main stages of the development of audiovisual projects: their formulation and presentation; their legislation, the drafting of contracts and schedules; the control of income and expenses; the financing plans and their distribution.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
We aim to understand the practices, processes and work methods, taking into account the development of budgets, script analysis and breakdown, team management, planning, schedule organization and the contracts and permits.
IMPACT PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTARIES
We design strategies of social impact linked to documentaries with the potential to promote socio-political and environmental changes based on the theme addressed on the project. We formulate a campaign planning for promoting the film, from its development to its exhibition, with the purpose of generating new audiences and new ways of circulating the project.
REGULATION and PUBLIC POLICIES
We aim to understand the audiovisual industry of the country, the public policies that have been implemented in recent years, as well as the legislation, the work of regulatory agencies, production agencies, collectives and other audiovisual actors.
